Upper Valleylands Round #2!
I’ve been excited to write this blog after all of the questions I received on my last introduction to Fieldgate Homes Upper Valleylands!
March 3rd is quickly approaching… Have you registered on Fieldgate Homes Upper Valleyalnds Website for the latest information yet??? If not, click HERE to register and be kept in the loop!
When purchasing a pre-construction home, there are several key elements to consider.. One would be, a company’s track-record. How long have they been in business? Well, Fieldgate has been in business for 60 years!
Another good idea is to check out some of their old projects, to see the finished product of the builder.
Be sure to take a look at some of their past projects to get a sense of the high-end finishes and the architectural design Fieldgate uses..
Some of their past projects are..
– Impressions in Stoufville
– Potters Bend in Markham
– Vaughan Valley in Woodbridge
Construction timelines are also very important! Fieldgate always delivers the right product, on time.. Which is crucial when you’re trying to plan your families next move.
This weekend, a young family and I bounced from rural neighbourhood to rural neighbourhood, looking for their perfect “to-be” home… The one stumbling block we fell upon, over and over again… was that the newer properties we were viewing, had tiny backyards! When you’re a young family, the dream to have your children run through your backyard, like you used to… has become a dream which is more and more difficult to see materialize. The Upper Valleyalnds offer exactly this.. Spacious homes with backyards where you can actually let your kids run free… and be safe!
Another one of the main reason I believe in the Upper Valleylands is because they’ve catered to the dream of greenspace.. I mean think of it… They’ve integrated over 30 acres of geenspace with walking trails, 2 ponds, expansive community parklands…
With commute times at a record high in the GTA… I know my clients are thrilled that Fieldgate Homes has strategically placed this development close to the Mount Pleasant Go Train Station. You can make it from the Mount Pleasant GO Station to Union in 30 minutes flat!
This is such a huge value add, as most of Toronto’s highest paid jobs are within a 20 minute walk of Union Station. Staying connected is vital when purchasing out of the core, and a 30 minute train ride keeps you in touch with Downtown Toronto’s hottest attractions.
With the Chingacousy Park at 9050 Bramlea Rd. so close… You can easily enjoy everything the park offers. Some of the examples are…. mini-putt golf, formal gardens and greenhouse, paddle boats, petting zoo and barn, splash pad, children’s playground, and BMX/skateboard park.
Being at the border of Caledon and Brampton also allows you to make a date night of your Friday night and make your way down to the Rose Theatre, Brampton. A great place to go, grab a drink and enjoy a great comedy show, a live music band or even a classic play.
If you wish to get some exercise in, make your way down to the Cassie Campbell Community Centre at 1050 Sandalwood Parkway West… You’ll be able to enjoy a day of swimming, exercise, skating, sports and even drop your young ones off at their Daycare centre while you enjoy all the centre has to offer! The greatest part of this community centre is its open late… until 11:30 pm on weekdays and 8:00 pm on weekends. A great place to blow off some steam after a long work day with a gym session and a sauna!
Or even pop over to PAMA (Peel Art Gallery Museum and Archives) for an educational session on some interesting topics such as… The Art of Yoga or even get educated on Sikh culture with the Sikh Heritage Month session. The integration of art and education are so key to developing a strong community, and PAMA does just that!
I’m extremely excited to bring my clients into the sales centre at Chingacousy Rd. and Bonnie Braes Drive on March 3rd. Although I am working closely with Fieldgate homes, they are yet to release the floorplan and exact pricing even to me! Although I have full confidence in their finished product based on previous projects… I still cannot wait to go through the material with my clients. I hope to be fortunate enough to see you in the sales centre…!
